WASHINGTON — President Donald Trump’s inauguration moved inside because of cold temperatures, a move which hasn’t taken place since 1985. The parade took place inside Capital One Arena in D.C. and featured a fraction of the expected attendees. Medill News Service reporter Jeremy Fredricks spoke with attendees waiting outside.
