WASHINGTON — The House voted Wednesday to pass a $1.3 trillion omnibus bill that would fund the government until September. The bill includes several controversial provisions, including increased funding for border security and no long-term fix for DACA recipients. To avoid the third government shutdown of President Donald Trump’s term, the Senate must pass the bill by Friday at midnight.
